            Select the workout duration in days, number of exercises, type, from circuit training to lose weight
              ant wait for the AI to fetch the workout.

            Track your progress
            The calendar is be populated by exercises with sets, reps, and day.
              Finally, you can save, set the duration in weeks and track your progress.
