How to save a workout

Step 1

Choose muscle parts

After login, from homepage choose the desired muscle group or a predefined section. At least one muscle group is needed for a workout.
Step 2

Workout length and type

Select the workout duration in days, number of exercises, type, from circuit training to lose weight ant wait for the AI to fetch the workout.
Step 3

Track your progress

The calendar is be populated by exercises with sets, reps, and day. Finally, you can save, set the duration in weeks and track your progress.
