How to generate a workout

Step 1

Choose muscle parts

Choose the desired body parts from the human body picture. At least one muscle group is required to generate the workout.
Step 2

Workout length and type

Select the workout duration and choose the type, from circuit training to lose weight. Wait a couple of seconds for the AI to fetch the workout.
Step 3

Track your progress

The calendar should be populated with drag and drop exercises. Finally, you can save, set the duration in weeks and track your progress.
