How to generate a workout

Step 1

Choose body parts and equipment

Choose a body muscle from the human body picture. Then, filter by equipment to get the desired exercise.
Step 2

Calendar workout planner

Add to the calendar the desired exercises. Change the sets and workout duration from 1 to 6 weeks. Drag and drop to specific days.
Step 3

Download the workout

The last step is to generate the workout. Click the button and import the workout planner to the Google Sheets document.
